Returns are accepted only when the item is brand new, uninstalled and in the original packaging. Returns are accepted up to 21 days, after retrieval of the package, in exchange for in-store credit only. Exchanges are subject to a restocking fee depending on part number and Manufacturer. You must receive an RMA prior to sending. Custom order parts are final sale
How to request a return:
- Contact our team at email@example.com to request your return/exchange. Please include your invoice number, name & item you are requesting to return in your email.
- We will supply you with an RMA form, please fill out the form and include in your shipment back to us.
- No tape or shipping labels are to be applied directly to the manufacturer packaging. The parts being returned will need to be shipped back within another box that has the label on it.
Once we receive your returned shipment, we will process your return within 24 hours. Forgetting to include the Return Authorization form with the parts will delay the process of your return.
