RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All sales are FINAL. There are NO refunds and NO returns. If a return is accepted it is subject to a 10% restocking fee. The returns are accepted only when the item is brand new, uninstalled and in the original packaging. Returns are accepted up to 21 days, after retrieval of the package. Exchanges are subject to a restocking fee depending on part number and Manufacturer. Some items are ineligible for return including:

WARRANTY POLICY
If an item is defective (that is not VIP), please contact the manufacturer unless they specify otherwise.
